Springside School Apartments was totally renovated into one and two-bedroom apartments for adults 55+ and persons with special needs. The historic school building’s original grandeur was preserved and the complex is designated as a National and State Historic Landmark. The neighborhood provides easy access to Route 295 and is close to shopping and dining.

Springside School Apartments is a joint venture between Conifer Realty, LLC and Moorestown Ecumenical Neighborhood Development (MEND).
