Ribbon Cutting for Duffy School Apartments, Florence Township
Wednesday, September 16, 2015 Representatives from Moorestown Ecumenical Neighborhood Development (MEND) and its joint-venture development partner, Conifer Realty, LLC along with local, county, state and federal officials celebrated the Duffy Senior Apartments with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Groundbreaking for Duffy School Apartments, Florence Township
Tuesday, June 3, 2014, Representatives from Moorestown Ecumenical Neighborhood Development (MEND) and its joint-venture development partner, Conifer Realty, LLC along with Township officials and other project partners held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of Duffy School Apartments located at the historic Marcella L. Duffy Elementary School.
