In 1989 MEND acquired and renovated a former medical office building to create 16 homes for senior citizens and persons with special needs. Stokes Place, located close to Main Street Moorestown contains efficiencies and one-bedroom apartments. The property opened in 1991 and residents enjoy easy access to shopping, dining and public transportation.
